The brief topic discussion will be followed by a guided meditation and time for Q&A.  Please note that while there is benefit in participating in each session, you do not have to attend every class to find value.  

Fee by donation: Suggested starting donation is $10, but whatever you offer is greatly appreciated and no one is turned away for lack of funds.  The Donation Box will be available at each event.

John is a Brooklyn-based, NYU-certified executive coach and long-time meditator. Meditation instruction is presented in safe and relaxed environments suitable for practitioners of any level. John also brings many years of senior management experience and a Master's degree from Columbia University in Educational Psychology.
